1. CONTEST TITLE: The "Puchka Khao, Phuket Jao" Challenge (Hereinafter "the Contest").

2. SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by PAPAKAT BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram).

3. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on September 23, 2025, at 00:00 AM IST and ends on October 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM IST ("Contest Period").

4. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must hold a valid Indian passport with an expiration date no earlier than six (6) months from November 2025 to be eligible for the Grand Prize. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A participant’s Instagram profile must be set to "public."

  • 5.1. For Daily Prize Eligibility:

    • Follow the official Instagram page @papakat.in.

    • Comment on a participating blogger's or @papakat.in's official contest post by tagging one (1) friend.

  • 5.2. For Grand Prize Eligibility:

    • To gain entries into the Grand Prize random draw, participants must take photographic selfies with multiple, different street food vendors selling phuchka/pani puri/golgappe within India.

    • Each selfie with a unique vendor counts as one (1) entry into the Grand Prize draw. The more unique vendor selfies a participant submits, the more chances they have to win.

    • All entries must be submitted via the official Google Form, the link to which is available in the @papakat.in Instagram bio.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:

  • 6.1. Daily Prize Winners: Two (2) winners will be selected each day during the Contest Period via a random drawing from all eligible entries received (as per clause 5.1). Winners will be announced daily via the @papakat.in Instagram Story. Winners must contact the Sponsor via Instagram DM with their address details within 48 hours to claim their prize.

  • 6.2. Grand Prize Winner: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received (as per clause 5.2) within seven (7) business days of the Contest Period ending.

    • The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via Instagram DM and/or email. The winner will be required to provide proof of age, residency, and a valid passport. If a winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to respond within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected via a random draw.

7. PRIZES:

  • 7.1. Grand Prize (1): A trip for two (2) people to Phuket, Thailand, scheduled for November 2025.

    • Includes: Round-trip economy airfare for two from a major Indian metro city, 3 days/2 nights standard hotel accommodation, airport pick-up and drop-off in Phuket, daily breakfast at the hotel, and standard visa fees.

    • Excludes: Travel insurance, meals (other than specified breakfast), any local conveyance, personal expenses, and any other costs not explicitly mentioned as included.

    • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The travel dates in November 2025 are fixed and cannot be rescheduled.

  • 7.2. Daily Prizes: Two (2) winners daily will each receive one (1) Bluetooth Speaker and one (1) Headphone, with a combined MRP of approximately ₹2,000. Prizes will be couriered to a valid Indian address provided by the winner.

8. CONTENT RIGHTS & PUBLICITY: By submitting an entry, each participant grants the Sponsor a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display their submitted selfies, name, and likeness on any media platforms for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES: This Contest is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK By entering the Contest, participants acknowledge and agree to the following: a) Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. All participants are expected to act responsibly and exercise sound judgment, common sense, and discretion throughout the Contest Period. b) The Contest involves activities such as travel and the consumption of food from third-party street vendors, which carry inherent risks. c) The Sponsor, PAPAKAT BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED, shall not be held responsible or liable for any illness, injury, allergic reactions, food poisoning, financial loss, or any other damages or harm that may arise from participating in this Contest. d) By entering, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees from any and all claims and liability arising from their participation. Participants are solely responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being.

12. RELEASE OF BRAND AMBASSADOR AND INFLUENCERS

Participants acknowledge that Darshana Banik (the "Brand Ambassador") and other influencers or bloggers (collectively, "Promotional Partners") are engaged by the Sponsor for promotional purposes only.

By entering this Contest, participants hereby agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Brand Ambassador and all Promotional Partners from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, or causes of action of any kind, arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Contest or their attempt to participate.

The role of the Brand Ambassador and Promotional Partners is strictly limited to the promotion of this Contest. They are not responsible for the Contest's administration, rules, winner selection, prize fulfillment, or any other operational aspect. No liability or responsibility whatsoever is assumed by the Brand Ambassador or Promotional Partners resulting from any user's participation.

The Disclaimer: The "Puchka Khao, Phuket Jao" challenge is open to legal residents of India aged 18 and over, who hold a valid Indian passport with at least six months of validity remaining as of November 2025. The contest runs from September 23, 2025 (00:00 IST) to October 2, 2025 (23:59 IST). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing; accumulating more entries only increases the chances of winning. Daily prize winners are also selected via random draw.
